All staffs are subject to the rules of official secrecy and are prohibited to disclose any official secret information to the third party. Recruitment Structure:
We post advertisement at the market for security guards. When candidates contact us, we take their interview over phone. Once, we find some candidates fine as per our policy and need, we ask them to provide their CV, IDs and Photos by email or face book. After reviewing their documents on email or face book, we further contact them to negotiate on their duty hours, salary, dress, original and other papers, duty place, housing and meal. If agreed, we finalize them to come to our office for appearing. After appearing, we observe them for few days. If dissatisfied by their behavior, we ask them to leave and we return their papers. If satisfied, we start training them. If they succeed in training, we make them our staff and place them to a client’s business place as per their suitability. If, somebody fails in training, we ask him to leave.
Service to Clients: We give every effort to satisfy our clients. Before placing security men at a client’s business, we brief them about the demand and situation of the client’s place. On first day of security man at the duty place, we introduce him with the manager of the business and other staffs at the client’s business area. After that, we monitor our security man’s performance from time to time. After a few to several days, we contact our clients to hear from them about the services of our guards. We take very reasonable price from the customers.
