Security Management Plan SMP describes how the organization will provide and maintain a
safe physical environment and manage staff activities to reduce the risk of personal injury
and property loss. Based on identified risk, a security manager should regularly update the
SMP and effectively come up with SOP and new security policy. Usually, a security manager
carry out the SPM at country or greater area level.
